Assisting You in Reaching Your Goals!

Not everyone has the same fitness and health goals in mind. That’s why we have three different types of Training professionals on staff at Biomechanix Strength and Conditioning Clinic. All of our training staff have completed their internships here or have had in house hands on training prior to being hired to assure the highest level of service.

Our on staff personal trainer certifications include:

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS):

These are our top level trainers as each must have a bachelors degree or higher in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology to obtain this credential. The CSCS exam is considered one the most challenging exams to pass in the field with a minimum passing score of 80%.

All professional and collegiate sports teams have a team of strength and conditioning coaches on staff and they must all posses the CSCS credential. Aside from training these athletes year round CSCS professionals have a vast understanding of human biomechanics, power lifting, rehab protocols, proper movement gaits and patterns, periodization and getting injured athletes back in the game ASAP: stronger and faster than ever before.

Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES):

These trainers must first attain a National Recognized and NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) approved Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) exam before they can take the CES exam. Corrective Exercise Specialist understand human movement patterns for dysfunctions and compensations. They will evaluate your functional movement pattern and work towards correcting any imbalances within your musculoskeletal system.

The CES professional specialize in corrective exercise programs in combination with strength training programs. Their job is to get your bodies biomechanics to function as efficiently as possible without the use of compensation patterns.

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT):

These fitness professionals are all Certified by NCCA approved certifications such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). If you don’t have any mechanical issues or a history of musculoskeletal injuries then this type of trainer would be your ideal fit.

We only employ trainers with degrees in Exercise Science or with the highest level certifications.
