Vinnie Parks, CPT
“Chaos breeds life, when order breeds habit”
My love for
fitness began when I was just a young boy watching my father, an avid body builder and intense trainer, work out. I wanted to be the fastest, strongest and biggest, just like my father. At age 13, my strength-training journey began.
In high school, I immersed myself in health and fitness classes to improve my training. Junior year, I began helping friends and fellow football players with their workout plans. I always pushed myself to the limit and taught my friends it’s all about the intensity and dedication to your workout.
After a year of bumps and bruises playing semi-pro football with the Mill City Maulers in Lawrence, MA, I directed my passion for fitness and helping others toward a career in personal training.
At the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA, I learned specific programming for various populations, nutrition, kinesiology, injury prevention, corrective exercise and many other important aspects of fitness. To this day I continue to find new ways to grow as an individual, so that I can make a positive impact on people’s lives.

John Patrick Kelly
JPK (Jo
hn Patrick Kelly) is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience. In addition, he has specialty certifications in Pre/Post Natal Training, Kettlebells and Nutrition.
My lifelong devotion to fitness started when I was 8 years old and my dad signed me up for swimming lessons. I was literally the skinny kid with buck teeth, so I understand what it’s like to desperately want to change your body. In the aftermath of 9/11, I decided to make my passion my new career and help others discover the joy of being in shape.
Change is an inevitable part of our lives. These days, the changes are happening more frequently than ever. So it follows that we should be changing the way we exercise on a regular basis as well.
Our bodies are amazing machines that are capable of incredible adaptations and feats. Therefore, we need to be challenged in different ways on a regular basis. When we work together, no two sessions are the same. There is always variation in either the exercises, order, rep scheme or all of the above. Change the way you workout, change your body. Truly change you can believe in!
